About Me
Who I am
I was born in Germany, raised and educated in France, and later studied in France, Germany, and the United States.
Languages and communication have always been at the heart of my professional journey – I hold a diploma in Applied Linguistics and built my career around connecting people, ideas, and systems across borders.
My professional path
For over four decades, I worked in various roles at Siemens – from MT linguist and software programmer to IT project manager, department head, corporate subject matter director, and international liaison officer. This experience taught me how to navigate complex projects and multicultural environments while keeping people, purpose, and clarity at the center.
What drives me
I believe that every challenge is solvable when approached with focus, curiosity, and respect.
I enjoy helping others unlock their potential – not just through strategy, but through honest dialogue and shared learning.
My values
Integrity. Empathy. Clarity.
They are the foundation of how I work and the reason why clients trust me to support them through transformation and change.
A personal note
I’m married to a British wife, and we have two grown-up sons.
Outside of work, I value good conversations, new perspectives, and projects that make a real difference.
